EMAIL REMINDER:The SUBJECT line of any email should always start with BENTWATER (i.e. if you are sending an email to the Board with a suggestion for our community please use something like “Bentwater:Suggestion to Help Our Community” for the subject line of your email).This will help Board Members to sort out valid Bentwater Resident Emails from SPAM.
My husband and I purchased our home in Bentwater in August 2005.In late 2007 we decided it was time to get involved with our HOA.Our theory was we couldn’t continue to complain if we were not actively helping to find solutions for the problems within our neighborhood.We started by attending a couple association meetings and in December 2007 I returned a Board Member Form to put my name in the pool for the 2008 Board.I became Board President in January 2008.I would encourage all homeowners within our neighborhood to get involved with our association in some way, shape or form.There is plenty of work to be done and together we can make Bentwater a great place to live, work & play.
