Please use the form below to report any covenant violations as well as any problems or issues within the community that are within the management of our Association.  When you submit your report, an email with the information you provide will be sent to the property manager, and a copy will be sent to you.

*To report issues with street conditions or sewers problems please contact the City of Jacksonville at 630-CITY.

* To report a junk or abandoned vehicle or to report unsafe street parking conditions please contact the non-emergency line for the Sheriff’s Office at 630-0500.  Please remember that our streets are City owned & maintained and the Association cannot prohibit parking on our streets.  However, if there is less than 10 feet of drivable space between parked vehicles this does violate a City Ordinance and violators can be prosecuted by the City/Sheriff.
