We are having difficulty getting Felix and/or the City to fix the light pole at the front of our sub-division and now we ask for your help with this. Please call JEA every day @665.6000 and report that light pole #2496 located @Bentwater Drive & Hodges Blvd. is not working. Perhaps if they get enough calls about this, they will fix it for us. THANK YOU ! ! !

CANADIAN GEESE

It has been reported that residents are feeding the wild Canadian Geese and that the flock has increased from 3 - 4 to over 25 geese. The droppings litter the street & driveways and the geese are killing the grass by grazing in the yards.
It is requested that any residents feeding these geese refrain from doing so immediately . . . Thank You

DRIVING IN BENTWATER
|

At the October Homeowners Association meeting, many concerns were raised about people speeding through our neighborhood as well as running the stop signs, the one at Bentwater & Glade Springs in particular.
We would like to remind all residents that the speed limit is 30 mph on all streets. When stopping at stop signs, the 3 second rule should be applied (1 one thousand, 2 one thousand, 3 one thousand, go).
If you feel this is an issue, we encourage you to contact JSO and request them to increase presence in our neighborhood.

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
|
|
With crime increasing, we believe that it is time to enlist the assistance of our residents to help combat this problem in our own neighborhood. We would like to launch the Neighborhood Watch in our community, but we need your help.
We are looking for Block Captains & Block Watchers. The responsibilities for each are described here. Additionally, we have discussed this with one of our homeowners, an officer w/JSO, who is willing to assist us with this program. If you would like to participate in the Neighborhood Watch Program, please let us know.
